D\u0119bniki is a historical district located closely to Vistula\u2019s bank. The project\u2019s aim is to design the residential and commercial\u00a0\u00a0 complex to fill in and continue the existing quarter\u00a0 designated by R\u00f3\u017cana, Barska and Pu\u0142awskiego streets.\u00a0The concept\u2019s basis is to arrange the frontage next to Rynek D\u0119bnicki with respect towards the existing, historical structure of\u00a0 townhouses. The project consists of two complementary buildings and an underground parking lot.\u00a0Residential area provides 55 apartments with diverse measurements and standards as the commercial area is accessible from the Rynek D\u0119bnicki. The facade is finished with the local sandstone and plaster. The modest and minimal character of it, achieved by the use of simple cornices that resemble the neighboring ones allows to maintain the \u201esuburban\u201d quality of the place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
