Residential and commercial building at Rynek Dębnicki Street

Dębniki is a historical district located closely to Vistula’s bank. The project’s aim is to design the residential and commercial   complex to fill in and continue the existing quarter  designated by Różana, Barska and Puławskiego streets. The concept’s basis is to arrange the frontage next to Rynek Dębnicki with respect towards the existing, historical structure of  townhouses. The project consists of two complementary buildings and an underground parking lot. Residential area provides 55 apartments with diverse measurements and standards as the commercial area is accessible from the Rynek Dębnicki. The facade is finished with the local sandstone and plaster. The modest and minimal character of it, achieved by the use of simple cornices that resemble the neighboring ones allows to maintain the „suburban” quality of the place.
